Your raw honesty is rare & the best way to assure that you are held up, not given advice, not sugar coated crap. Keep it real as you are. Sometimes people need to hear what doesn't help. They mean well and because they mean well, your requests will help them help you. You made it simple by listing them.Good for you Shelley.
